• Use the game in a manner that violates applicable laws or the Terms & Conditions.
• Create derivative works based on the game without permission.

Updates and Support

Nebula Studios may provide updates, patches, or additional content for the game at its discretion. We are not obligated to provide ongoing support or maintenance, and updates may alter gameplay or features.

In-App Purchases

The game may include optional in-app purchases for cosmetic items or features. These purchases are governed by the Terms & Conditions and are non-refundable unless required by law.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Nebula Studios may terminate this license if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the game and delete all copies from your devices.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Cosmic Dodge Challenge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nebula Studios does not guarantee that the game will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nebula Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game, including loss of data or progress.

Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Nebula Studios is based. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
